In order for the work to proceed properly, the condition of the most important components, namely the regulator, rotor, winding and rectifier set, must be carefully and correctly assessed. The technical ability to control and measure these elements determines the effectiveness of operations. The proper selection of replacement parts and the quality of the bearings being replaced also play an important role. When any of the main components (regulator, winding, rotor, rectifier set) is damaged, it should be reconditioned or replaced with a new one.
