At the Technical Center, we are engaged in the remanufacturing of clutch pressure plates installed in cars, trucks, buses and agricultural tractors. We repair discs with friction linings and ceramic sintering. As part of the regeneration, we offer to repair or rebuild the clutch pressure plate using equipment and parts of the highest quality. We guarantee grinding or replacement of the pressure plate, replacement or repair of the center spring and pressure springs. Clutch pressure plate reconditioning then includes adjustment and initial balancing of the component.
Clutch disc regeneration in our service includes a diverse range of services. We propose to replace the linings, replace the torsional vibration damper, and completely rebuild the disc using new, original parts. We also repair single and dual mass flywheels, their regeneration consists of replacing the slip rings and gear ring.
